The guarantee
Every package is covered by a 60-day money-back guarantee. The window runs from the date of purchase, applies to all three tiers, and covers bottles you have opened and used daily — a botanical formula needs six to eight weeks for an honest verdict, and a sealed-only policy would be a guarantee designed never to be claimed.
How to claim, step by step
- 1. Email support@breathizein.com within 60 days of purchase — your order number and a one-line request is enough. No reason is required.
- 2. Our care team replies within two working days with the return address and a short reference to write on the parcel.
- 3. Post back all bottles from the order — opened and unopened alike — and keep your proof of postage.
- 4. Once the return is logged, the product price is refunded to your original payment method. Processing typically completes within 5–10 working days of receipt, depending on your bank.
What is and is not refunded
- Refunded: the full product price of your package, on every tier.
- Customer’s side: return postage, and the original shipping charge on the 2-bottle package (the 3 and 6-bottle tiers shipped free, so there is nothing to lose there).
- Never applied: restocking fees, partial-use deductions or retention phone calls.
The fine print, kept short
The window is 60 days — pages elsewhere waving 180-day badges at our product are not describing our policy. The guarantee applies to orders placed through this website’s checkout; bottles bought from unauthorized marketplace sellers are outside it, because we cannot verify or refund orders we never received. One guarantee claim per customer per order applies.
